Algorithms that handle the hardware characteristics and impairments are essential to the performance of the radio products. Mathematics, data analytics, machine learning, digital design, software and scripting skills, and understanding of air interface performance are some of the proficiencies in the team required to deliver outstanding algorithms. Curiosity and interest in these different aspects with strength in one or more of the areas are crucial for you to excel.

Our global team is present in Europe, Asia, and North America, and we offer an international work environment. Our focus area is research and development of digital radio algorithms for 5G and onwards.
