The Quality Assurance Analyst works as part of a multidisciplinary software development team and promotes quality throughout the product lifecycle. His or her main task is to work with developers to integrate good quality assurance practices throughout the development process. He or she is a key player in promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

Your Day-to-Day
• Work closely with developers to implement new application functionalities.
• Be a quality champion within the team, promoting best practice and influencing a shift in mindset towards proactive quality assurance (shift-left).
