As we continue to grow, we seek an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee and manage our HR functions in Minsk office independently, providing strategic support for our 24/7 operation.

The HRBP will serve as the primary HR support for our office, directly reporting to the Head of HR. This role encompasses comprehensive HR responsibilities, from benefits administration and HR administration to recruitment, employee relations, and beyond. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders and the global HR team, utilizing a deep understanding of HR strategies to support business objectives and foster a positive, productive work environment.
