As a (Senior) M&A Manager (part of SWARCO’s Strategy / M&A team), you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end M&A process, from strategic planning and target identification to due diligence, negotiation, and integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to execute successful transactions that align with our overall business objectives and growth strategy.
• Leading and managing the lifecycle of merger, acquisitions, divestiture, and joint venture transactions for the SWARCO Group
• Collaborating with internal (business, functional) and external (advisors, consultants, investment banks) project participants
• Identifying and evaluating potential M&A targets based on thorough market and sector research
