We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join an established small animal practice in Melbourne.

• Team: Strong veterinary team and a supportive non-clinical team

About the role:
• The clinic are looking for a fabulous vet to join a fun, happy, close-knit team
• Veterinarians with an interest in surgery are encouraged to apply
• You will treat animals medically and surgically, and administer and prescribe drugs, analgesics, general and local anaesthetics
• You will determine the presence and nature of abnormal conditions by physical examination, laboratory testing and thorough diagnostic imaging techniques
• You will advise clients on health, nutrition, hygiene, and care of animals
• You will lead by example and assist in creating a positive working environment
