This is an opportunity for a single or couple management team, to manage the day to day running of the hotel. Applicants must be able to work at a fast pace, essential that you are a real people person, and are able to manage guests and booking inquiries, with excellent communication and written skills.

Responsibilities :-
• Oversee daily motel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast.
• Ensure all guests receive a high level of service that meets or exceeds their expectations.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor motel performance, including occupancy rates and revenue, and develop strategies to increase both.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation.
