1. Checking Everyday Mail related to Inquiry and costing, quotation.
2. Checking Pending Purchase Request every Morning.
3. Sending Inquiry related to PR.
4. Negotiate with the different vendors and convenience for credit purchase for some days.
5. Create Quotation Comparison of Received quotation from different parties.
6. Verify comparison with the Head and then Prepare Purchase Order for the same in the Zip.
7. Send PO to the Vendor.
8. Follow up for the material after sending PO.
9. Create Payment request and getting the sign of Head and submit to the Account Department.
10. Follow up the payment with the account department.
11. Verify payment with the account department and send payment details to the vendor.
12. Getting Dispatch details from the vendor.
13. Received material check and verify with the given purchase order and check the invoice also.
14. Responsibility of giving the solution if any problem arises with the purchase material.
