Job Description

New molding tools & Relocation tool and in house tools trial and made injection condition process standard, experiment of

new molding tools (DOE). to provide efficiency of process and production at right for quality.
• Release documents that relevant with all process molding trial, Machines process parameter control. ( eg. 0 - Series protocol , Quality insurance , Molding card )
• Support for MAE technical release for molding machine and ensure performance are on machine specification
• Support serial production for molding process ( Improvement and solving problem )
• Perform Q-ensurance data-set ("DOE" dataset) based on leadplant dataset and current dataset
• Contact lead plant CoC for plastic technology regarding problem solving, new technology, plastic process set up

Qualifications

Educational Background

Engineering field, automotive industrial engineering, plastic injection , Material engineer
