Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the dispatch of goods according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Prepare documents, including invoices, packing lists, and labels, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure that the correct products are loaded onto delivery vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate the dispatch process and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock availability for dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, during the dispatch process.
• Track the status of outgoing deliveries and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Investigate and resolve any delivery-related issues, such as damaged or missing items, in a timely and efficient manner.
