We are looking for a Scrum Master for our office in Riga. The Scrum Master’s responsibility is to work closely with the Scrum teams and support them in their daily work. Among other things, the Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum Events, supports the teams in self-organization, removes impediments, questions, and adapts processes, and drives agility.

Responsibilities
• Work with us on efficient Agile transformation
• Help people to understand what Agile is (and what Agile is not)
• Build bridges between the Scrum teams, Stakeholders, and Management
• Support Product Owners with Product Backlog management
• Prepare and facilitate workshops
• Help the Scrum teams to create a high-value increment
• Protect the Scrum teams from distraction
• Spread the best practices and ideas

Qualifications
• Experience in implementing Agile (not only Scrum) from scratch
• Facilitation skills not limited to Sprint Retrospective, experience in training and workshops
