Office Administrator

A full time Office Administrator is required to join our small and dynamic accountancy practice based in Celbridge to undertake a range of duties within the practice , supporting the accounts teams as well as providing client support services. This role would suit someone who has several years of experience working as a capable administrator and enjoys interaction with clients and third parties.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Experience in using Microsoft office (Excel, Word and outlook) as well Revenue Online Services

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Experience of working within an accountancy practice or law firm ( desirable but not essential)

· Able to work with minimum supervision and work within deadlines

· Ability to prioritise workload and multitask when required

· Proactive, reliability and punctuality are key in this role

· Excellent attention to detail and proven organisational ability required
