What you will enjoy doing
• You are responsible for Linde and regional compensation and benefits processes and structures in order to safeguard compliance with group policies as well as ensuring market practise in the Region Europe East countries
• Managing, operating and developing variable compensation programs within the group and regional policies are major tasks
• You will manage pay out from long term incentive schemes for executive population and act as key user for Linde’s equity program third party portal as well as manage annual Leadership Award process and pay out
• Under your responsibility will be also facilitating job evaluations and assessing grading in connection with new positions or organisation changes
• You will supervise, maintain and develop the Linde and regional C&B processes in SAPHRON
