Duties

As an Information Technology (IT) Specialist, you will perform installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting tasks to support USAG BENELUX Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) computer users.

You will:
• Resolve day-to-day computer hardware and software failures.
• Install new hardware and software, make minor hardware and software modifications and test systems to ensure optimum operation.
• Configure and connect computers to the Local Area Network (LAN).
• Plan, coordinate and provide trainings to all personnel in the use of new systems hardware and software.
• Provide database maintenance and support for USAG Benelux DFMWR systems and software.

Qualifications
