The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Customer Delight through seamless deliveries of NEXA Cars. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients for all their needs/concerns from booking stage to delivery and beyond.

Responsibilities:-
• Skillfully capturing and addressing customer complaints, with a strong emphasis on responding within 1 hour and resolving issues within 24 hours through Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Capturing and distributing all inquiries from diverse sources to respective teams, followed by diligent pre & post Sales follow-ups to ensure customer delight at all times of the sales journey.
• Committed to delivering responses to every customer query promptly and effectively.
