Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Bulawayo.

Responsibilities
• Overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Their primary goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Delegate tasks and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and address any budgetary issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
