DescriptionThe Private Client Associate's primary responsibility is to provide personalized service to our Private Wealth clients for their day to day needs.

The Private Client Associate has a passion for providing exceptional banking service to clients. Primary responsibilities include : Onboarding new client relationships, new account applications, and meeting AML requirements Supporting client requests related to all aspects of the relationship with Citizens (Investments & Banking) Ensuring all clients are contacted on a recurring basis to ensure that they receive the highest level of service.

Logging all activities into CRM system (Salesforce) Working along with the team's advisors and specialized team members to resolve daily client needs Providing resources to advisors for the sales process, development of pitch books, performance books, and other client and prospect needs Expanding client relationships through delivery of the broad set of the banks services and...
