Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
• Written and verbal communication with international clients and portuguese suppliers
• Assist with product development projects, sampling, negotiation, purchase order placement and accompaniment.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, suppliers and transit agents to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Efficient and diplomatic problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and relevant information.

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, self disciplined, detail minded and adept at prioritizing tasks and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills including fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well, negotiate effectively and build relationships in a multicultural environment.
