We are looking for a PM for a data centre project in Hamar! The ideal candidate should have good cabling skills.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the onsite team by providing clear direction, delegating tasks, and making decisive decisions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing all program activities and conducting regular review sessions to assess performance.
• Ensure program success by balancing workload and making key decisions.
• Develop and implement consistent processes, tools, and runbooks for streamlined operations.
• Track performance using a Balanced Scorecard framework with critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Act as the primary interface between our organization and clients, handling design, operational, and financial matters.
• Assume overall responsibility for project Profit and Loss (PNL), producing accurate internal financial reports and client reports monthly.
