MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• In charge of payment run/s processing in both the accounting software and banking portals
• Review of creditors reports and follow-up of outstanding items
• Reconciling bank incoming and outgoing payment
• Balance Sheet reconciliations and clearing of outstanding items
• Preparing Cash flow reports, forecasting and related analysis
• Handlin finance queries from banks, suppliers, customers, internal teams and third parties, as required
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, controls, and documentation
