Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis of sales / marketing / sales funnels / compensation models / profitability

Definition of processes and control methods

Implementation and execution of strategic targets and objectives

Annual budget management

Management of projects to achieve business goals

Management and control of goals and metrics and support of work processes

Direct and Matrix management and ongoing work with senior managers in the company

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial management / economics / business administration

Experience in senior managerial positions in the field of sales from insurance companies- a MUST

Ability to manage complex processes on a timeline of time and budget

Analytical vision, data analysis, conveying messages, coherence, organizational and strategic vision
