Serosep Ltd. currently are recruiting a Manufacturing Team Lead to join our growing Molecular Diagnostic team. This onsite position is at our Limerick Facility. The role will be working with the Molecular Diagnostics Manufacturing Team.

Main Duties:
• Lead and support the Molecular Diagnostics Manufacturing Team in the production of the EntericBio® product lines in accordance with GMP and ISO 13485 regulations
• Schedule production of batches and ensuring adherence to the schedule
• Lead and support operation of manufacturing facilities and to ensure equipment is reliably maintained and within appropriate calibration
• Review QC analysis activities and subsequent batch approval
• Participate in team meetings to support effective communication
• Maintain communication with QC and QA staff regarding product testing and batch approvals
• Assist in troubleshooting of any production related issues and to facilitate escalation if required
