Must Have
• 15+ Years Testing experience with 5+ in a Test Manager role (preferably in an Infrastructure Delivery programme).
• Test Management for a multi-year complex programme andtrack record of sticking to deadlines.
• Managing testing in a Financial Services regulatory environment, in particular experience of testing in Back-up and Recovery.
• Managing stakeholders in a distributed work environment.
• Managing infrastructure Testing, including hardware and software applications.
• Driving and Assuring the production of Test Plan documentation including working within a Test Framework aligning to Central Test function policies, procedures and tooling.
• Working with 3rd party vendors to plan, co-ordinate and execute testing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen ability to work with all parties with a view of getting the job done in a co-operative fashion.
