My client is a well-known FMCG company that requires a Financial Controller stepping up or a current Financial Director level candidate to be open to a move to the UK.

Initially set up with 2-6 month training in Ireland (Dublin) and then moving to the UK for 2+ years with a pathway back to Group. This will be a highly visible role with the Board, and CFO and as such will open many doors for career development.

Responsibilities
• Lead a large finance team - AP, Stock, Labour Planning, etc
• Support Retail, logistics, and other Business Units
• Own the finance function, gather analytics, produce projections, and compile budgets
• Manage the working capital in line with group standards
• Ensure financial controls are in place and best-in-class
• Operationally ensure systems drive compliance (In-House system)
• Review margin analysis, yields, and capacity
• Drive reviews, engage consultants, and direction to the business
