Matrix Recruitment are seeking to an Architectural Technician – Grade 2 for a temporary position with our Public Sector client in Co. Carlow. The successful candidate will play a vital role in producing technical drawings, conducting site surveys and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing tender documents.

This role is a 3–month contract.

Key duties & responsibilities:
• Produce technical drawings using CAD, Graphics, and Revit software.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to gather necessary information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other colleagues to coordinate design efforts and contribute to project success.
• Ability to receive sample building drawings and bring them up to spec.
