Experienced and skilled Head Chef required for a busy gastro pub in Mallow Co. Cork.

The successful candidate must have experience as a Head Chef working in a high-volume, quality pub / restaurant / hotel environment.

You must have a passion for food and excellent team management, motivation and organisation skills.

The successful candidate will:
• The Head Chef will be responsible for the day to day running of the busy kitchen.
• Have previous experience as a Head Chef working in a high-volume, quality gastro bar/restaurant environment.
• Be passionate about delivering a high-quality menu.
• Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team.
• Minimise waste.
• Food hygiene, health and safety etc.
• Be a clear communicator.
