Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Ludhiana. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat support. They will also assist with customer orders, returns, and inquiries, and work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively
