This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supervisor located in Belgaum, with some remote work flexibility. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of employees and ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard. The Supervisor will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, monitoring productivity, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications
• Diploma or fresher B.E Proven experience as a Supervisor or site engineer in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Above-average organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve issues
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the construction or housing industry is a plus
