CLIENT SERVICES TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Responsible for assisting the Technical Senior Manager in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of annual/ad hoc cross client projects including FATCA, CRS, Eco Substance and ROE, requiring effective contribution to projects;
• Assisting with the Client Company Secretarial process;
• To assist with the delivery of internal projects as required;
• Professional and effective communication with all across the Group and externally as required;
• To assist with the administration of the operational aspects of various banking platforms utilised by the Company.
• Close collaboration with and support to Client Management, delivering specific tasks as required in meeting regulatory and business needs;
• Accurate and on time recording of time and meeting utilisation targets to enable the business to invoice clients fully for the services provided;
