Our client has cemented its presence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo as a family-owned venture with expansive manufacturing interests across Africa. They manufacture a wide variety of products in the region. We've been engaged to identify a COO for the region.

Opportunity Overview

This position is based in Kinshasa, DRC, and offers a unique opportunity to lead and elevate the operations of Nova Products in the FMCG manufacturing sector. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in propelling strategic growth, crafting and overseeing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, adhering to local regulatory standards, and formulating and implementing operational tactics. The COO will act as the face of the business and run the FMCG Manufacturing at various industry gatherings and conferences, establishing and nurturing vital stakeholder relationships.
