The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel coordination and administrative tasks and will be ready to participate in business trips together with the manager. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination:
Plan and organize the manager's domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
Research and provide recommendations on travel destinations, activities, and services.
Manage travel budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.
