The Head of Sales will lead the a team of 5 Sales Managers and support international B2B customers and/or distributors and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. In this role you are responsible for achieving the defined sales and earnings targets as well as the continuous expansion of the markets.

Responsibilities:
• Develop/evolve a business plan & execute sales activities in line with the plan
• Achieve budgeted sales & profitability objectives
• Maintain, build and deepen relationships with existing customer base, delivering on current contract requirements, as well as increasing share of wallet
