Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to provide ongoing support to the Nurse Unit Manager in the leadership of Nurses / Midwives of the Community Nursing team in Port Lincoln and Lower Eyre.

While this role is primarily clinical in nature, The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) will promote continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with other ANUMs and the NUM.

You will assist in implementing practice change and assist in management responsibilities e.g. performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation and attendance management, financial and supplies planning and monitoring.
