This is a Permanent Full Time role working up to a maximum of 76 hours per fortnight.

About The Role

As a Clerk, you are responsible for manning our Operating Theatre reception desk. You will also assist the main reception, administration and clinical teams by coordinating the necessary clerical requirements for patients’ entry to surgery.

Key responsibilities of this job include:
• Management of the administration of the Theatre bookings flow.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls to the reception desk.
• Provide timely and accurate information to queries by patients, visitors and other staff and departments.
