The opportunity

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will support our Managed Fund Claims teams by implementing and giving effect to the Quality Management Framework. You will apply your specialist skills in conducting file reviews and implementing other quality assurance techniques and tools. Engage with the claim’s teams in a consultative capacity to provide feedback to uplift capabilities and improve performance in support of business goals and objectives.

Your new role

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will undertake quality assurance reviews to assess Case Manager output across our Managed Funds portfolio, to ensure that QBE are meeting legislative requirements.
