Your role

As a Senior HR Advisor in the Aboriginal Employment Strategy team within the People branch, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of policies, initiatives, programs and advice contained in the Department’s new Aboriginal Employment Strategy, 2021-2025. This work spans initiatives in innovating how we attract and recruit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, how we develop and retain, and how we build organisational cultural capability and inclusive workplaces.
