Experience :-
• Total Experience : 2 Years with hotel industry.
• Minimum Experience : 1 Year Proven experience as a South Indian Junior Cook.

Responsibilities:
• Expertise in preparing and cooking authentic South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambar, rasam, and a variety of curries.
• Skillful in selecting and blending spices to achieve the distinctive flavors of South Indian cuisine.
• Proficient in handling kitchen equipment and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
