RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced DESPATCH ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg,KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid Code 08 drivers license.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

4yrs+ previous working experience in the manufacturing industry.

Previous despatch experience is essential.

Inspection of post-production batches.

Administration and execution of all labelling requirements.

Reporting complete of production orders after inspection.

Co-ordination of product "pull" off shop floor.

Assist supervisor with tasks as delegated.

Drive forklift when required.

Co-ordinate despatch staff where required.

Adhere to company policy regarding health, safety, environment and quality.
