Job Description

The "Cosmic Rays Department" of the "A.I. Alikhanyan National Scientific Laboratory" Foundation is hiring a Laboratory assistant who will join the research teams.

Job duties

● Conducting research.

● Preparing particle detectors and calculating their function.

● Implementation of experiments in high-mountain research stations.

● Planning scientific experiments and documenting work results.

● Studying the methodology of registering elementary particles using different detectors.

● Studing methods of multivariate data analysis and drawing physical conclusions.

● Prepare reports and presentations.

● Contribute to and assist in the preparation of technical research papers.

Professional and personal characteristics.

● Higher education in the field of physical-mathematical sciences.

● Work experience will be considered an advantage.

● Mathematical thinking.
