Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Processing Plant Manager located in Kisumu. The Processing Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the processing plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control. Additionally, the Processing Plant Manager will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, manage staff, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food processing industry
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and production planning
• Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
