We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Yarimca, Türkiye. In this role, you will supervise and provide efficient and economical maintenance and repair service for cranes and related equipment as well as you will support the smooth functioning of port operations. This role includes 50% hands-on and 50% office activities.

Your responsibilities:
• Ensure that all repair and maintenance activities are executed at the highest level of efficiency and quality, at the most optimum cost.
• Supervise and assist QC & RTG Technicians in carrying out maintenance repairs, fault finding and monitoring of crane equipment for smooth functioning of port operations.
• Prepare daily duty schedule of QC & RTG Technicians for maintenance requirements.
• Provide maintenance and repair service to cranes, mechanical plant and associated equipment in an efficient timely and cost-effective manner.
