About the role

Your caregiving career will thrive working at Coastal Villas in Paraparaumu. Your passionate experience and kindness to provide first class care for our residents will see you exceed in this role. We have a full time 32 hours per week position and a part time position working 18 hours a fortnight. Both of these positions are working AM shifts.

Duties:
• Provide resident directed care and support to our residents.
• Work under the direction of a Registered nurse as part of the Care Team.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and choice.
• Contributes to and demonstrates knowledge and use of resident directed Care Plans.
