To work in a smash repair business. You will be the only on-site office person with main purpose of customer point of contact. duties will include :
• Talking to customers and determining if they need to go through insurance
• helping customers lodge insurance claim
• handle electronic communication between insurance, workshop and customer
• take images necessary for insurance and workshop
• communicate with customer through out repair process
• data entry necessary information to make repair process possible
• communicate and data entry for head office
• provide a clean, safe and friendly work area
