We are currently seeking a vibrant Team Administrator to make a real contribution to the continued success of our Byron Bay office. You will be driving key administration projects, providing high level reporting for the office and top-quality support to a busy team of consultants.

Some of what you will take ownership of include:
• Support to a busy team of recruitment consultants
• Social media initiatives to improve talent flow
• Liaising with our temp candidates on any issues they are having
• Taking our temp candidates through online inductions
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly management and financial reports using Excel
• Assisting in staying on top of credit checks and site assessments
• Manage OH&S compliance matrix for staff
