You will take responsibility for the following tasks:
• Writing technical software documentation and online help in German and English
• Independent use of the software to analyze use cases
• Creating course materials, tutorials, and training videos
• Configuration of the Papyrus software for didactic course content (application development, testing, release)
• Cross-departmental communication and coordination with the software solutions department on configuration and application development issues

You should have strong communication skills that enable you to explain our software solutions and or course materials in an understandable and structured manner in the form.
