HR Compensation & Benefits is a department in the company’s global HR competence team, organized under the HR Center of Expertise (COE) in Bergen. The department has high expertise in relevant regulations, collective agreements, payroll, wages, and taxes domestic/abroad, secondments, pensions, insurance, welfare schemes, and travel management.
