Hays Social Care are currently recruiting Care and Support Workers on behalf of a client based in Melton Mowbray, Nottinghamshire. This will involve providing care and support to adults and the elderly with brain injury, mental health, challenging behaviour within a hospital setting.

Your new role
• Care and support individuals using a reablement approach to improve their quality of life
• To have the ability to assess service users' needs and complete a care plan for the individual
• Maintain accurate and appropriate records in service users care plans and update office records and systems accordingly
• Complete personal care when required
• Support individuals with their personal care, medication prompts, light meal preparation / drinks, shopping, and practical emotional support problemsWhat you'll need to succeed
