Role Summary:

We are currently looking for a legal field passionate person to join our Legal & Compliance Team, as In-house / Legal Counsel – based in Ploiesti, Prahova County.

He/She will be responsible for providing high quality legal and compliance services, to support CRH’s precast businesses in Romania. He/She will have a direct reporting line to the Head of Legal and Compliance CRH Romania.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities assigned to legal services include:
• Providing effective commercial legal support, servicing multiple business clients and stakeholders, and delivering significant value-add to CRH’s Romania’s precast businesses;
• Advice and assistance in respect of general commercial contracts, including contract terms and conditions, commercial offers, tenders and bids, sales, procurement and IT contracts, powers of attorney, etc.; advice on property/leasehold rights of the businesses, real estate, land concessions etc.
