Your new role : Reporting directly to the Masterdata Manager, you will update the centralized reference tools and ensure quality and consistency between the different information systems of the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal. Update reference tools centrally; Ensure and/or coordinate the necessary corrective actions; Ensuring the structure of the reference tool and consistency of orders received; Creating, updating and activating customers/suppliers in SAP HUB and operational tools. What you'll need to succeed : High school diploma in administrative or computer sciences areas; At least 1 year of experience in similar position, experience within a shared service environment would be a plus; Good knowledge on Excel and SAP (will be a plus); Language : English mandatory (Minimum: B1), French (will be a plus).
