Job Responsibilities:

Assist in all aspects of HR function which includes compensation and benefits, manpower planning and recruitment, training and development, performance management, company policies and regulations etc and other ad-hoc duties as per requested by the Management from time to time.

Manpower planning and recruitment
1.Post job ads and vacancies on job boards and social media
2.Screen resumes and job applications
3.Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agenda
4.Assist in background and reference checks
5.Ensure proper documentation and filing, as well as information update and confidentiality.
6.Provide support during recruitment activities like job fairs and career events.
7.Take care of new hire paperwork and logistics
8.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits documentation
