We are looking for a motivated and energetic Director of Front of House to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary:
• Be responsible for the smooth running of the Departments, Front Office including the Bell Desk Team, Front Office Night, Butler and Housekeeping Team.
• Maintain Rosewood's high standards of service and hospitality by monitoring and reviewing team performance.
• Extensive knowledge of the entire Rooms department and quality review and assurance to ensure all Brand, Forbes and LQA standards are met.
• Very good knowledge of systems such as Opera, Alice, GoAudits, Canary, Knowcross, Knowhousekeeping, TAC and TrustYou
• Evaluation, optimization and adjustment of processes as well as co-design of the rooms budget and forecasts.
• Supporting the growth of team members with mentoring, empowerment and training as well as creating individual development plans
